Stefan Goigitzer is one of Coore’s managing partners and is responsible for retail and retail investment. He is a qualified real estate fiduciary and has been in the industry for 25 successful years.

He has been the Head of Retail since Coore’s foundation and previously responsible for marketing retail locations. With a focus on Highstreets, Shopping Centres and Retail Parks at Colliers International, he has 10 years of active and successful experience in this Austrian market segment.

Stefan Goigitzer’s additional professional experience includes management positions in office space marketing for leading brokers like DTZ and JLL. He has been responsible for the sale of exclusive commercial properties, including core markets such as Vienna, Linz, Graz, Salzburg, and Innsbruck.
